Pricing for Argentine Stocks In The S&P Latin America 40 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Latin America 40 Index effective after the close of trading on Monday, November 7, 2005: S&P Latin America 40 Index will use only local pricing for all its Argentine constituents. The changes are as follow: Replace Petrobras Energia Part – B (ADR) (Argentina, NYSE: PZE, Sedol: 2540872) with and Petrobras Energia Part – B (Argentina, RIC: PCH.BA, Sedol: 2539999). The new number of shares will be 2,132,043,390.

NYBOT Announces Update On Miami Licensed Coffee Warehouses

In a release dated October 27, 2005, the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) reported that inspectors had been asked to visit licensed stores in the Miami delivery point to determine the extent of any damage that may have occurred there as a result of Hurricane Wilma. The inspectors have completed their work, and have reported that no damage was found in stores of Econoline Storage Corp., Colmar Storage Company and RPM Warehouse LLC.

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today that effective immediately, the Exchange is implementing amendments to its Cocoa Rules to add the ports of Albany and Baltimore as delivery points for its Cocoa futures contract, commencing with the May 2006 delivery.
