Baltic Stock Exchanges Monthly Statistics January 2004
Vilnius In January, the trading volume on the Exchange outdid both the monthly volumes of each month in 2003 and the average quarterly volumes throughout the entire history of the Exchange. ASX: Good Governance Disclosure On Track
Australia’s publicly listed companies and trusts will this year, for the first time, be required to report their performance against guidelines established by the ASX Corporate Governance Council. This requirement follows a year in which companies were invited to do so voluntarily, setting new standards of corporate transparency in the process.

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Files With SEC To Quote All Options Under $20 In Nickels
The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that on Friday February 6, it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to allow minimum quoting and trading increments of $.05 for all PHLX options trading under $20, and a minimum increment of $0.10 for options trading over $20.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, February 9, 2004: Polymer Solutions, Inc. (TSXVN:PYM) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The company is being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as the result of a buyout from Chemcraft Holdings Corporation.

RTS Stock Exchange Order-Driven Market: Weekly Market Data
For the period of February 2nd – February 6th, 2004, the total trading volume of direct and indirect transactions (including REPO transactions) grew 3% and equaled 8 641 million rubles. Internet trading accounted for 24% of total trading volume, slightly down from 27% the week before. 11 372 transactions were executed, a 2% increase.
