Lithuania To Adopt Common Nordic Baltic Cash Trading Platform In May

OMX, the largest Nordic securities market operator, which also operates the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE), today announced that Lithuania will join the common Nordic Baltic cash trading platform SAXESS™ on May 30, 2005. With Vilnius Stock Exchange joining the SAXESS trading system, OMX has taken a further step towards an integrated Nordic Baltic securities market.

Liquidity Providing In The OMX AB Share On Copenhagen Stock Exchange

OMX AB and Remium AB have concluded a liquidity providing agreement (market making), which fulfils the requirements of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S Liquidity Providing. The purpose of the agreement is to promote the liquidity of the OMX AB share listed on Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Exclusion Of Equant NV From The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Monday, May 23, 2005: Equant NV (ADR) (Netherlands, NYSE: ENT, Sedol: 2275420, CUSIP: 294409107) will be removed from the S&P ADR Index to correspond with the completion of the company’s merger with France Telecom SA. The company will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange effective on May 24, 2005.

Euronext.liffe Amsterdam To Launch Equity Option On TomTom NV From The First Day Of Share Trading

Euronext.liffe Amsterdam announces the launch of American style options on TomTom NV. The new options will be available for trading from the first day of share trading in TomTom NV which is expected on 27 May, 2005.
