NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) today announced that NYSE Group and the New York Stock Exchange achieved several significant records with respect to trading activity, volume and systems capacity for the week ended July 27, 2007. NYSE Group trading volume is on target to reach a new weekly high of more than 18 billion shares traded with four consecutive top 10 record volume days during the week.

International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ISE) announced that stockholders at a special meeting held today voted to approve the merger agreement in which Eurex will acquire ISE. 99.7 percent of the stockholders who voted were in favor of the agreement. CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse exchange, broke multiple volume records yesterday, including 11,629,768 contracts traded on CME Globex®. The previous CME Globex record was 10,926,638 on February 27, 2007. CME Group's total volume of all CME and Chicago Board of Trade products was 22,357,302, the second highest total ever for the combined exchanges.

Shareholders of International Securities Exchange (ISE) on Friday voted to approve the merger agreement of ISE and Eurex which, upon completion, will create the leading transatlantic derivatives marketplace.
