Kay Lackey Named Associate Regional Director For Enforcement In SEC's New York Regional Office

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the appointment of Kay Lackey as Associate Regional Director in the New York Regional Office, where she will oversee and manage the Commission's enforcement program in that region. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Lackey was an Assistant Regional Director of Enforcement in New York. Ms. Lackey's appointment fills the vacancy created by the departure of Helene Glotzer for the private sector.

Moreover, with ETFS Forward Natural Gas, ETF Securities also offers a forward ETC on natural gas as an individual commodity.
