Hansabank Became Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO Partner

Hansabank from Estonia has signed the agreement with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) on joining the WSE IPO Partner programme. The agreement, among other benefits, enables Hansabank to better arrange listing of Baltic companies on the WSE.

CBOT Binary Options On Target FED Funds Rates Exceed 20,000-Contract Milestone In Open Interest

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced that open interest in its Binary options on the Target Federal Funds Rate contract exceeded 20,000 contracts on Wednesday, February 7. The new open interest record, 20,798 contracts, tops the previous record of 19,357 contracts set on September 19, 2006.

SEC Charges Family-Run Hedge Fund With A $3.7 Million Insider Trading Scheme

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged seven individuals with engaging in an insider trading scheme that netted over $3.7 million in profits and losses avoided over four years. The defendants include a father and his three sons, a family-run hedge fund, and other relatives and friends. The defendants also include accountants and lawyers at some of the nation's largest firms.
