Investable Weight Factor For Banca Antonveneta In The S&P/MIB Index
Following the most recent acquisition of Banca Antonveneta’s ordinary shares (Italy, ISIN IT0003270102, a member of the S&P/MIB index) by Banca Popolare di Lodi SCRL, which has increased its holding to 22.951% of the total shares outstanding, the total net change in the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Antonveneta is now less than 5% and therefore Standard & Poor’s will not make the change announced on 15th April, due to be effective at the close of trading of Wednesday, April 20 2005. Euronext.liffe Buys CScreen To Offer First Straight Through Processing Service For The Wholesale Equity Derivatives Market
Euronext.liffe, the international derivatives business of Euronext, announced today that it has bought CScreen Ltd., the provider of CScreen, a leading pre-trade price discovery platform for wholesale equity derivatives, from Cinnober Financial Technology AB.

Eurex Launches Three New Dutch Equity Options - Equity Options On P&O Nedlloyd, Vedior And Versatel Tradable On Eurex From May 2 - Eurex Further Expands Market Position In Trading With European Share Options
The international derivatives market Eurex is set to launch options on the Dutch equities Royal P&O Nedlloyd N.V., Vedior N.V. and Versatel Telecom International N.V. on May 2. The three companies have recently been included in the Dutch equity index AEX. This move enables the world’s largest derivatives market to offer options on 26 Dutch equities including comprehensive coverage of the AEX index.

CBOT Exchange-Wide Open Interest Reaches New Record - Open Interest In Ten-Year U.S.Treasury Note Options Rises To New High
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today that on Monday, April 18, Exchange-wide open interest rose to its highest level ever. Total Exchange open interest increased to a record 13,995,275 contracts, exceeding the previous record of 13,809,450 contracts set on March 23, 2005.

CBOE Sets Single-Day Volume Record In Mini Nasdaq-100 Index; Trading On Monday Brakes Four-Year Old Record
The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that volume at CBOE on Monday, April 18th in options on the Mini Nasdaq-100 Index (MNX) was 84,871 contracts. This total established a new volume record for the busiest single trading day in MNX options, surpassing the previous record of 84,714 contracts on August 16, 2001.

Winnipeg Commodity Exchange: Feed Wheat Contract Reflects Improved Convergence
Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc. has made changes to its Market Surveillance Policy, removing the spread exemption. This change was effective with the March 2005 Feed Wheat futures contract and will be effective with the May 2005 Western Barley and November 2005 Canola futures contracts.
