CESR Consults On Best Execution & Transaction Reporting Under MiFID

Today's announcement launches the fifth round of public consultation relating to CESR's MiFID Level 3 work programme (following record keeping, market data consolidation, inducements and passporting). Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee Fines Svenska Handelsbanken

Handelsbanken has been found to have contravened the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s listing agreement by not handling price-sensitive information correctly. The Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee has ordered Handelsbanken to pay a fine of SEK 3 million.
OMX Tallinn Index Smashes Through 1000 Points Barrier

Yesterday, the OMX Tallinn index reached 1 010.76 points with an increase of 18.04% since January 1, 2007. OMX Tallinn is an all-share index, which includes most of the shares listed on the Main, and I-list on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. The aim of the index is to reflect the current status and changes on the Tallinn market.
