    The continuing resolution funding the Securities and Exchange Commission for fiscal 2007 since Oct. 1, 2006, has been extended through December 8, 2006. Therefore, fees paid under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 13(e), 14(g) and 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 will remain at their current rates.

    Two new seat records were set today at the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®), the world’s leading “soft” commodity exchange. The first record seat sale was for $1,335,000, followed by another sale for $1,400,000. The previous high for a NYBOT seat was $1,100,000, set on November 14, 2006.
