  • Bursa Malaysia Reviews The Listing Requirements In Tandem With The National Sustainability Reporting Framework

    Following the launch of the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (“NSRF”) by Finance Minister II, YB Senator Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, at the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) today, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia” or “the Exchange”) issued a consultation paper seeking public feedback on the proposed sustainability reporting enhancements to the Main Market and ACE Market Listing Requirements (collectively “LR”), in line with the envisioned adoption of the NSRF.

  • Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange: Notice On Night Trading Session During 2024 National Day Holiday

    According to Notice on Trading Schedule during National Holidays for Year 2024, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange hereby clarifies the night trading session arrangement during 2024 National Day Holiday as follows:

    No night trading session will be carried out on the night of September 30, 2024 (Monday). The night trading session will be resumed on the night of October 8, 2024 (Tuesday). The call auction session for all contracts on October 8, 2024 (Tuesday) is from 08:55 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.

  • Notice On Adjustments To Margins And Price Limits Of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Products During 2024 National Day Holidays

    According to Article 8 of the Risk Control Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) hereby adjusts margins and price limits of some futures as follows:

    From the settlement on September 27, 2024, margins and price limits of Rapeseed Meal, Rapeseed Oil and Apple futures will be adjusted to 12% and ±10% respectively. Margins and price limits of White Sugar, Cotton, Peanut Kernel, Purified Terephthalic Acid, Methanol, Ferrosilicon, Manganese Silicon, Urea, Polyester Staple Fiber, Sodium Hydroxide, Paraxylene, and Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin For Bottles futures will be adjusted to 10% and ±9% respectively.

  • ASIC Extends Reportable Situations Relief And Personal Advice Record Keeping Requirements

    • ASIC currently modifies Commonwealth legislation to provide relief from reporting requirements for the reportable situations regime, and to prescribe record keeping requirements for personal advice situations.
    • We will extend this relief and requirements, on the same terms, for five years (October 2029).
    • We will continue to consider whether additional reportable situations regime relief is appropriate, having regard to submissions received as part of our consultation process.

  • Japan Exchange Group Notice Of Revisions To Earnings Forecast And Dividend Forecast

(JPX) has decided to revise its consolidated earnings forecast and dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, which were released on April 30, 2024, and its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 which was released on May 13, 2024.
