  • HKEx Announces Extended Trading Hours

    Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) announces that its Board of Directors has approved in principle today (Friday) extension of the trading hours of the stock and derivatives markets. It is proposed that extended trading hours will be introduced by the end of this year or early next year, subject to regulatory approval and market readiness.

  • TSX Enhances POSIT<SUP>TM</SUP> Canada With Direct Access Connectivity

    Commencing July 26, 2002, TSX will offer traders direct access from their desktop terminals to POSIT Canada, an anonymous, electronic order-matching system. On April 5, 2002, POSIT Canada was launched as a facility of the Toronto Stock Exchange. This first launch provided access through a web-based interface.
