Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index: After the close of trading on Friday, November 15, 2002, Foxpoint Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:FPR) will change its name to Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. The new ticker symbol will be KGI and the new CUSIP number will be 49740P 10 6. There is no consolidation of capital.

SEC: Automatic Date Adjustments Due To EDGAR Technical Difficulties

On Thursday, Nov. 14, 2002, the EDGAR system experienced technical problems that delayed the receipt of a number of filings. Although no EDGAR system hardware or software components experienced any outages, some filers were unable to establish or maintain a connection to the system. As a result, the number of filings being accepted and disseminated was much lower than anticipated. Comcast Corporation and AT&T Broadband are merging to form the new Comcast Corporation ("Comcast"). Upon completion of the transaction, it is anticipated that Comcast's Class A Common Stock (NASDAQ:COMCV) will become the company's largest market capitalization security on NASDAQ.
