Breach Of Listing Agreement - Stockholmsbörsen's Disciplinary Committee Imposes Fine And Issues Warnings

Stockholmsbörsen's Disciplinary Committee ruled today that Elekta AB must pay a fine for breaching the listing agreement. The Committee also issued rulings in three other cases resulting in warnings for Intentia International AB, Sweco AB and Nordea AB.

Thailand Securities Depository To Introduce Payment Of Dividend Directly Into Bank Accounts

The Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) will introduce "Media Clearing", a system whereby investors' dividend payments can be deposited directly into their bank accounts. The new system helps lower the time and costs associated with depositing checks, as well as dispelling fears of a check possibly being misplaced or delayed.

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index change effective after the close of business on Tuesday, March 4, 2003: The relative weight of Northland Power Income Fund (TSX: NPI.UN) will increase by approximately 0.22% in the S&P/TSX Canadian Income Trust Index. The relative weight change reflects an adjustment to the float trust units of the income trust due to the issuance of units.
