Euronext.liffe Announces Six Month Fee Holiday For Spanish-Based Universal Stock Futures From 1 October - Three New Usfs Based On Spanish Stocks To Be Listed From 27th October

Euronext.liffe, the international derivatives business of Euronext, today announced a fee holiday for six months from 1 October, during which there will be no charges for the trading and clearing of Spanish-based Universal Stock Futures (USFs).

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 26, 2003: Rice Capital Management Plus Inc. (TSXVN:RCE) will change its name to Jovian Capital Corporation and will trade under the new ticker symbol "JVN." There is no consolidation of capital. The new CUSIP number will be 481158 10 3. The company is classified as an "Investment Management" company.

SEC Issues Policy Statement on Business Continuity Planning For Trading Markets

The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a Policy Statement setting forth its view that self-regulatory organizations operating trading markets (SRO Markets) and electronic communication networks (ECNs) should apply certain basic principles in their business continuity planning. The Commission also requests comments on the Policy Statement.
