This new company will provide securities companies and investors with internet securities trading services to enhance trading efficiency and reduce securities companies’ overall operational costs. Euronext Introduces Futures On Blue Chips

As of 28 November 2000, Euronext Amsterdam’s derivatives markets will list futures on individual equities, subject to approval by the Securities Board of the Netherlands (Stichting Toezicht Effectenverkeer). Futures will be available on shares in ABN Amro, Aegon, ING, Ahold, Philips, KPN, Royal Dutch and Unilever. Each contract has an underlying value of 100 shares.
