Littelfuse Inc. (NASD:LFUS) will replace Staten Island Bancorp Inc. (NYSE:SIB) in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading on Monday, April 12, 2004. Staten Island Bancorp is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 constituent Independence Community Bank Corp. (NASD:ICBC) in a transaction anticipated to close on or about that date. HEX Integrated Markets, Copenhagen Stock Exchange, Oslo Børs and Iceland Stock Exchange have agreed on a new NOREX Co-operation agreement. According to the agreement, HEX Integrated Markets Ltd, representing Stockholmsbörsen, who is already a member of NOREX, Helsinki Exchanges, Tallinn Stock Exchange and Riga Stock Exchange, enters into the existing NOREX co-operation.
