Under the agreement, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, China's largest exchange, has licensed Deutsche Boerse's Xetra trading system, which Accenture will adapt and implement for the Chinese market.

(NASDAQ(R)) (OTC Bulletin Board: NDAQ) and the American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today announced that the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock(R) (Amex: QQQ) will transfer its listing to NASDAQ from Amex, effective December 1, 2004. It will trade on NASDAQ under the symbol "QQQQ."
