  • Stock Exchange Of Thailand Trading Of TSR To Provide More Room For Exchange Of Rights

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will begin facilitating the trade of transferable subscription rights, or TSRs, to provide an opportunity for eligible investors to sell their subscription rights if they don't wish to exercise them. The TSRs will be valid from seven days to two months and the trading fee will not be less than 0.25%, similar to trading of common shares.

Donaldson announced yesterday the approval of a series of self-regulatory organization ("SRO") research analyst rules that fulfill the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The rules approved today build on previous regulatory actions and take a number of significant additional steps towards promoting the independence and objectivity of research.

    The London Metal Exchange today announced that it has appointed Donald Brydon as an independent, non-executive, director of The London Metal Exchange Limited and LME Holdings Limited. He is also chairman-designate in succession to Mr John Pizzey, who intends to stand down as chairman towards the end of the year.
