  • The SWX Swiss Exchange Threatens Habsburg Holdings Ltd With Suspension Of Trading By Reason Of Violation Of Reporting Obligations

    Habsburg Holdings Ltd, which is listed on the SWX Swiss Exchange, has failed to submit its annual report for 2002 to the Admission Board by the specified date of 30 June 2003. In addition, the SWX is clarifying whether or not the company has published its annual report. Habsburg already failed to submit its annual report before the specified date last year.

    SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand, together with related publication, against KPJH Fidelity SA ,Geneva, for violating Listing Rules provisions. It was further decided that KPJH Fidelity SA's registration as an SWX-approved auditing body is withdrawn. The SWX sanction has been imposed in connection with KPJH Fidelity SA auditors' report dated 19 June 2002 concerning the audit of the consolidated 2001 annual accounts of Habsburg Holdings Ltd. which did not comply with the applicable regula

    The SWX Swiss Exchange has sanctioned SAirGroup in response to the violation of provisions of the Listing Rules. The failure to disclose contingent liabilities and the absence of information on the reclassification of shareholdings in the 2000 interim report were the reasons for imposition of sanctions.
