At its meeting on 16 June 2004, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Camillo Eitzen & Co., Conseptor, Teco Coating Services and Privatbanken to listing on Oslo Børs. At the same meeting the Board resolved to impose a violation charge on Q-Free ASA equivalent to four times the company’s annual listing fee, i.e. NOK 440,000, for a breach of the duty to provide information.
