    MarketAxess Holdings Inc.(Nasdaq: MKTX), the operator of a leading electronic trading platform for U.S. and European high-grade corporate and emerging markets bonds, today announced total monthly trading volume for May 2005 of $23.7 billion, consisting of $16.0 billion in U.S. high-grade volume, $4.8 billion in European high-grade volume, and $2.9 billion in other volume.

    From June 09 to June 14 th , 2005, FORTS Derivatives Market increases the minimal size of the initial margin payments for the following single stock futures: “RAO UES of Russia”, “LUKOil” and “Gazprom” to 20% of the value of the contract, “Rostelecom”, “Surgutneftegaz”, “Norilsk Nickel” to 25% of the value of the contract.
