Tokyo Financial Exchange: Rollover Of Leading Contract Month For Three-Month Euroyen Futures - Effective From October 20, 2005

TFX has decided to shift the leading contract month for Euroyen futures from the current September 2006 contracts to the December 2006 contracts, effective from October 20, 2005.

NYBOT Announces New Orleans Coffee Warehouse Actions

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) determined, after due inquiry, not to suspend or take other action to limit or condition the licenses previously granted to S. Jackson & Son, Inc. and Port Cargo Service, LLC, respectively, to store coffee in the Port of New Orleans. The decision was made on the basis of an inspection conducted by an independent examiner retained by NYBOT which confirmed the completion of repairs to the stores that had sustained structural damage in hurricane Katrina.
