    The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. today announced it will increase the spot month position limit for its copper futures contract to 250 contracts from 175 contracts, effective at the close of business on September 28.

Javier Alonso, Managing Director of the Bank of Spain’s Markets and Settlement Systems division, will replace Javier Aríztegui. José Antonio Álvarez, Managing Director, Banco Santander’s Financial Management and Investor Relations division, will replace Francisco Gómez Roldán.

  • Dubai Financial Market Announces New Trading Week

    Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has announced that its trading week will change starting Sunday 24th September 2006. The market will close on Saturday (September 23rd, 2006) and trading will resume as usual starting from Sunday (September 24th, 2006). From this date, the market will open five days a week from Sunday to Thursday. Trading sessions will remain as usual from 10am – 1pm.
