KCBT Announces Member Dividend - For Seventh Year In A Row, Kansas City Board Of Trade Pays Dividend
The board of directors of the Kansas City Board of Trade at the December 16 board meeting declared a dividend for 2005 for all full members (Class "AA" Members) of record as of Nov. 30, 2004. A dividend of $4,000 per share will be paid in January 2005.

Euronext.liffe’s Commodity Products set a 3rd consecutive annual volume record of 8,007,318 contracts during 2004, an increase of 21% when compared to 2003 and breaking the previous record by over 1.3 million contracts.

CME Eurodollar Futures Set New Open Interest Record
CME, the largest U.S. futures exchange, set a new open interest record yesterday for the world’s most actively traded futures contract, CME Eurodollar futures. Open interest of 7,081,570 broke the previous record of 7,066,935 set on December 9, 2004. Open interest reflects the total number of contracts that have not yet been offset or fulfilled for delivery.
