News from ICEX-15 Companies´In English
ICEX requires companies selected for the ICEX-15 Index to publish all news announcements in English. This condition is considered met if 90% of a company?s news announcements are in English. Failure to meet the above mentioned requirement in an index period (either January-June or July-December) and the following five months makes a company ineligible for continued inclusion in the ICEX-15. Four companies failed to meet this requirement between July and December 2004. They are the following:

New York Mercantile Exchange Announces NYMEX ACCESS® Hours For Gold, Silver, Copper, And Aluminum Futures Contracts For January 14, 2005
New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., gold, silver, copper, and aluminum futures contracts will be available for trading on NYMEX ACCESS® from 12:45 PM to 4:30 PM New York time, on Friday, January 14, 2005, preceding the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday. Exchange open outcry trading will close early on this day, as was previously announced.

International Securities Exchange To List Options On Spider ETF
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) said today that it will trade options on the Standard & Poor's Depository Receipts® (SPY). ISE said it will begin trading on Tuesday, January 11, 2005. ISE will begin trading on Monday if another exchange commences trading at that time.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Three-month HIBOR Futures Contract
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 11 January 2005, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below.
