Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE, NASDAQ: CME) today reported record revenues and profits, with a 44 percent increase in net income for second-quarter 2005 compared with second-quarter 2004. These results were driven by significantly increased trading volume in each of CME’s major product lines. Standard & Poor's has completed the monthly rebalancing of the S&P/TSX Canadian Bond Index. According to index methodology, the universe of Canadian bonds is exhaustively reviewed to reflect changes in par amount and term to existing index constituents. Qualifying new issues are added to the index and existing constituents that no longer meet the criteria for inclusion are removed. Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P MidCap 400 and S&P SmallCap 600 indices after the close of trading on Friday, July 29: Intuitive Surgical Inc.
