The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) and Order Execution Services Holdings, Inc. (OES), announced today they have reached an agreement in principle to develop an outbound routing service as an essential part of the new PHLX electronic equities market structure that is expected to be launched in the third quarter of this year.

FIM is the first Finnish broker to start direct trading on Oslo Børs. As of now there are Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, British and French remote brokers on Oslo Børs. The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against Société Bancaire Privée S.A. on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions).
