As previously announced*, we at JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. (JPXI) launched today its data service that provides information on the scheduled dates of earnings releases that listed companies, REITs, and infrastructure funds periodically report to Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) (hereinafter referred to collectively as "TSE-listed Companies, Etc.").

Monetary Authority Of Singapore Issues Prohibition Order Against Mr Muhammad Hafiz Bin Ismail For Dishonest Conduct
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued a 5-year prohibition order (PO) against Mr Muhammad Hafiz Bin Ismail, a former representative of DBS Bank Limited (DBS). The PO was issued following Mr Hafiz’s conviction for intentionally obstructing the course of justice by the State Courts, and separate contraventions of the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).

Announcement On The Amendments To The Measures For Risk Management Of Dalian Commodity Exchange
Upon discussion and approval at the 42nd meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the amendments to the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall be implemented on B2412, L2412, V2412 and subsequent contracts respectively from the settlement on May 20, 2024.

Bursa Malaysia Introduces Additional Measures To Encourage Informed Investing
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia” or the “Exchange”) is bolstering its investor safeguards with the introduction of Trading Reminders with immediate effect, a new tool highlighting listed companies that exhibit unusual trading activity. The Trading Reminders issued by Bursa Malaysia, will be in addition to the Unusual Market Activity (UMA) queries by the Exchange that prompt public disclosure from public listed companies (PLCs) experiencing significant, unexplained price or volume movements.

New Zealand Financial Markets Authority Files Civil Proceeding Against Individual For Making Alleged False Or Misleading Representations And Other Breaches
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) – Te Mana Tātai Hokohoko – has filed civil proceedings against Rangi Wyatt Stephen Savage for making an unregulated public offer for the sale of shares in The Powder Shed Tokoroa Limited (Powder Shed). Mr Savage was the sole director of Powder Shed.

The Amman Stock Exchange Releases A Draft Guidance On Climate Change-Related Disclosure For Public Consultation
In the context of efforts made by the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) to enhance the competitiveness of the Jordanian capital market and the listed companies, through applying the best international standards and practices, including standards related to sustainability, disclosure and transparency, and in light of the increasing importance of companies’ disclosure of information related to climate change including associated opportunities and challenges, the ASE in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has prepared a draft guidance on climate change-related disclosure.
