The Going Public Principles developed by Deutsche Börse in collaboration with banks, issuers, investors, shareholder associations and IPO consultants and published on July 16, 2002 will go into effect on Monday. The Principles constitute recommendations for the conduct and actions of issuers and all other parties participating in a share issue and are valid for share issues with a listing application date after September 1, 2002 that are subject to a prospectus requirement.

Chicago Stock Exchange Announces September 11th Market Opening

The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) announced today that on Wednesday, September 11, 2002 trading will be delayed and begin at 10:00 AM (CST). The decision to delay the market opening was made in light of the New York Stock Exchange's, The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.'s and the America Stock Exchange's decisions to delay their openings until 10:00 AM (CST) and out of respect for the memorial services planned for that day in New York City and throughout the nation.
