ASX To Form Australian Clearing House - Statement By The Managing Director And CEO, Mr Richard Humphry

SEC: William R. Baker III, Associate Director Of Enforcement, To Leave Commission

Nymex To Raise Palladium Margins

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it would increase the margins on its December 2002 palladium futures contracts as of the close of business today to $10,000 from $5,000 for clearing members; to $11,000 from $5,500 for members; and to $13,500 from $6,750 for customers.

Nymex Sets Record for Cleared OTC Transactions

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that yesterday it cleared a single-session record $1.2 billion in over-the-counter (OTC) natural gas and electricity transactions, the equivalent of 307.5 trillion British thermal units (Btus) of natural gas and 119,200 megawatt hours of electricity.

Nymex Issues Clarification On December Natural Gas Calendar Spread Options Expiration

NYBOT Announces First European Coffee Delivery

The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT®) announced today the issuance of its first delivery notices under the recently approved European provision of the Coffee "C" contract. The first delivery notices were issued on November 19, 2002, by Refco Group Ltd LLC, the U.S. Futures Commission Merchant, in the port of Antwerp, Belgium, and consisted of three lots of arabica coffee from El Salvador that were received by Man Futures, the futures brokerage firm.
