Copenhagen Stock Exchange And Morningstar In Cooperation To Strengthen The Market For Investment Funds

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has signed an agreement with Morningstar with a view to strengthening the market for listed investment funds as well as unlisted funds on the XtraMarked and the newly opened XtraList. Morningstar is a leading global provider of information and analyses on investment funds.

SunGard's BRUT ECN Announces Dramatic Price Reduction - A Result Of Leveraging SunGard Efficiencies

SunGard Brokerage Services, an operating group of SunGard (NYSE:SDS), today announced that Brut, LLC will introduce a new pricing structure for use of the BRUT ECN. The new pricing structure will offer high volume customers a take-out rate (charge for removing liquidity from the Brut book) of $0.27/per one hundred shares executed. This represents a 10 percent reduction off prevailing market rates and a 30 percent reduction off the fee-rebate "spread."

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, August 12, 2003: The shares of San Telmo Energy Ltd. NASDAQ Deutschland To Suspend Operations

The Vorstand of NASDAQ Deutschland announced today that, following an Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on 11 August 2003, it has decided to suspend trading on the electronic trading platform SuperMontage Europe on the Börse Berlin-Bremen with effect from August 29, 2003. The decision has been co-ordinated with the Börsenrat of the Börse Berlin-Bremen and the Supervisory Authorities of Berlin and Bremen.
