Stockholmsbörsen's Disciplinary Committee has ruled that four companies - Feelgood Svenska AB, Rederiaktiebolaget Gotland, BioPhausia AB and Enea Data AB - must pay fines for breaches of the listing agreement and certain other exchange-related rules.

It has been announced that the plan of arrangement between Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. (TSX:RAX) and Canadian Natural Resources Limited (TSX:CNQ) has been successfully completed. On June 27, 2002, the shareholders of Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. approved the bid whereby Canadian Natural Resources Limited will acquire all the shares of Rio Alto Exploration Ltd.
SGX Derivatives Trade Record Volume For First Half Of 2002 - June 2002 Volume Increases 16.5%

SGX announced today that its derivatives market set a record volume for any January - June period with 15,618,223 contracts traded. This is a 3.23% increase as compared to the previous record set last year of 15,128,829 contracts.
