Deutsche Börse: 257 Billion Euros In Turnover On The German Stock Exchanges In November

Based on the aggregate turnover statistics, a total volume of 257.2 billion euros was traded on the German stock exchanges in November, more or less even with the previous month's level (October 2002: 266.4 billion euros). The November total comprises 176 billion euros in equities, warrants and exchange-traded funds as well as 81 billion euros in fixed-income securities.

Copenhagen Stock Exchange: New KFX portfolio

The new active and base portfolios have now been selected. The future KFX portfolio becomes effective on 23 December 2002. For the first time since the introduction of the KFX Index in 1989 the present portfolio is identical with the future portfolio.

The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ®) today announced that it has completed the implementation of all securities into its new trading platform, SuperMontage, a process that began on October 14. As of today, all 3,950 securities listed on NASDAQ trade on SuperMontage.

The National Stock Exchange of Lithuania has been admitted by the Federation of European Securities Exchanges as an Associate Member. The General Assembly of the Federation has today approved the application by the National Stock Exchange of Lithuania for Associate Membership after the Exchange had became a Corresponding Member two years ago.

The tender offered by Bolsa de Madrid and Uria&Menéndez, a Spanish law firm, has been chosen by the Colombian Stock Exchange to carry out an implementation programme for the adoption of international corporate governance standards. Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index change effective after the close of business on Monday, December 2, 2002: The relative weight of Summit Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: SMU.UN) will increase by approximately 0.32% in the S&P/TSX Canadian Income Trust Index and by approximately 1.16% in the S&P/TSX Canadian REIT Index. Securities Exchange Of Thailand Offers Greater Choice For Listed Companies To Present Annual Reports On CD-ROM Starting 2003

The SET will allow a choice of formats for annual reports of listed companies by permitting them to be presented in the form of CD-ROMs starting from 2003.
