SEC Study On Adoption By The U.S. Financial Reporting System Of A Principles-Based Accounting System

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today the release of a staff study prepared by the Office of the Chief Accountant and the Office of Economic Analysis on the adoption by the U. S. financial reporting system of a principles-based accounting system. The study was conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 108(d) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. GL TRADE: First half 2003: Turnover €62.5m - Up 8% At Constant Exchange Rates

Consolidated turnover for the GL TRADE group was €62.5m during the first six months of 2003. This includes the impact of negative exchange rate movements and represents growth of 2.3% compared to the first half of 2002. At constant exchange rates growth was 8.2%.
