Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Focus: The Listed Companies And The Electronic Communication

In April this year, the Danish parliament adopted an amendment to the Danish Companies Act, which brings the practical stock exchange legislation in line with the information technological development. Contract Changes CME Quarterly Bankruptcy Index (QBI) Futures and Options Contracts Delisted

At its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2003, the Board of Directors approved delisting all contract months in the CME Quarterly Bankruptcy Index (QBI) Futures and Options contracts, effective immediately. The QBI futures and options were launched on Tuesday, November 3, 1998 and have never traded. CME notified the CFTC of the Exchange's action under the exchange certification procedures.

SEC Charges Former Logicon Executive With Aiding And Abetting Financial Accounting Fraud At Legato Systems

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged an executive who worked for a customer of Legato Systems, Inc. with aiding and abetting Legato's financial accounting fraud. Named in the Commission's complaint was Vincent Steckler, a former vice president of sales at Logicon, Inc., now Northrop Grumman Information Technology, a division of Northrop Grumman, Inc.
