  • Preliminary Results Indicate NYSE Members Approve Governance Proposals And Slate Of Directors

    Preliminary results indicate that NYSE members have voted in favor of amendments to the NYSE Constitution relating to corporate governance structure and separately elected eight individuals to serve on the board of directors. The newly adopted amendments, including board composition, remain subject to Securities and Exchange Commission approval.

    OMHEX CEO Magnus Böcker today purchased 10 000 OMHEX shares. Magnus Böcker's total shareholding in the company now amounts to 104 726 shares. Magnus Böcker has also acquired 10 000 warrants in the OMHEX warrant program 2003/2006. In addition to this, he owns 33 400 warrants, 2 000 convertible debentures and 226 000 employee stock options.

    OM HEX AB ("OMHEX") announces today that Standard & Poor's have assigned OMHEX its A+ long-term and its A-1 short-term counterparty credit rating. In addition, Standard & Poor's also assigned its 'K-1' Nordic scale short-term rating to OMHEX. OMHEX also announces that it is establishing a Swedish krona commercial paper program, where SEB Merchant Banking has been appointed as Arranger.
