The International Securities Exchange (ISE) said today that its initial public offering of 10,049,308 shares of Class A common stock has priced at $18.00 per share. Of the total offering, ISE is selling 4,000,000 shares of Class A common stock. The remaining 6,049,308 shares of Class A common stock are being sold by certain stockholders. ISE intends to use the net proceeds from the IPO for general corporate purposes, including expanding and diversifying the Company's product and service offering
