SWX Swiss Exchange: Switch Of Perutil S.A. To Another Segment

In accordance with Art. 3 of the Additional Rules for the Listing of investment companies (http://www.swx.com/admission/03_kri_e.pdf), the Admission Board of the SWX Swiss Exchange has decided that Perutil S.A. should be listed on another segment, since this company meets the criteria for an investment company. Perutil S.A. will be listed on the segment for investment companies starting 1 July 2003. It will be delisted on the SWX Local Caps
SEC Staff Responds to Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures

The Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance today provided its responses to 33 frequently asked questions regarding the use of non-GAAP financial measures. On Jan. 22, 2003, the SEC adopted new regulations setting out conditions under which non-GAAP financial measures could be used by public companies. See Release No. 33-8176.

The New York Stock Exchange today began publishing NYSE LiquidityQuotes in the 28 NYSE-listed component stocks of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. NYSE LiquidityQuote ("NYLQ") debuted this morning and has been operating smoothly with the dissemination of executable, sizable quotes outside of the inside quote.
