Standard and Poor’s Announces Changes In The S&P ADR Index

Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective the close of trading on Friday, September 10, 2004: AmBev -PN (ADR) (Brazil, NYSE: ABV, CUSIP: 20441W203, Sedol: 2634797) shares will increase by 113,981,813 to 335,194,965. The share increase comes as a result of the acquisition of Labatt. Simultaneously, the IWF will change to 0.66% from 1%.
