CME, the world's largest and most diversified futures exchange, today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with MACRO Securities Research, LLC (MSR), a financial innovations firm located in Madison, New Jersey, dedicated to the creation of instruments designed to unlock liquidity in new asset classes, to launch derivatives based on ten of the Case-Shiller Indexes(R) (CSIs), published by Fiserv, CSW Inc. Clearstream Waives Fees For Banks Using German Securities On Repo Market

Clearstream has decided to waive its intraday borrowing fees for all borrowers of German securities in Clearstream Luxembourg's fails lending system. This decision will take effect in January 2006. Lenders will continue to be remunerated for allowing their securities to be used in Clearstream's fails lending program.

Standard & Poor's Announces The S&P/TSX Canadian Bond Index Rebalancing Report For September 2005

Standard & Poor’s has completed the monthly rebalancing of the S&P/TSX Canadian Bond Index. According to index methodology, the universe of Canadian bonds is exhaustively reviewed to reflect changes in par amount and term to existing index constituents. Qualifying new issues are added to the index and existing constituents that no longer meet the criteria for inclusion are removed.
