The SWX Swiss Exchange (SWX) has ascertained that Zehnder Group AG (Zehnder) has failed to comply with some of its obligations under Art. 64 of the Listing Rules. STOXX Ltd. Launches Indexes For New EU Member Countries

STOXX Ltd., the leading European index provider, today launched two indexes that measure the performance of the 10 new member states that joined the European Union in May 2004. They are: the Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged Total Market Index (TMI), a broad benchmark index, and the Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged 15, a blue-chip index.
