    The Financial Services Authority today publishes the recommendations of its review of its enforcement process.     Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, July 19, 2005: Innovative Water & Sewer Systems Inc. (TSXVN:IWS) will change its name to Clearford Industries Inc. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol "CLI" and the new CUSIP number 18500Q 10 9. There is no consolidation of capital.
