Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius To Visit KCBT

Riga In March the Riga Stock Exchange trading volume amounted to EUR 29.75 million: equity trading volume was EUR 10.68 million, while debt trading was EUR 19.07 million. Valmieras S-R with EUR 6.56 million was an explicit turnover leader. Latvijas G'ze with EUR 332.6 million continued to be the largest company according to market capitalisation.

SEC Adopts Fund Disclosure Rules And Foreign Bank Loan Exemption - Proposes Shell Company Rules

The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted to adopt a rule and form amendments designed to provide foreign banks under certain conditions exemption from insider lending prohibitions; to propose for comment new rules regarding shell companies, "reverse mergers" and use of securities registered on Form S-8; and voted to adopt disclosure requirements for investment companies regarding their policies and procedures on market timing, fair valuation and selective portfolio disclosure.

Oslo Børs: New Real-Time Product For Private Investors

Oslo Børs will launch a new product for private investors from 1 July 2004 - real-time prices showing order depth at five levels. Subscribers to the new product will be able to follow the five best bid and offer prices in the trading system while also monitoring the order volume behind the prices at each level. The product will cost NOK 150 per month (excluding value added tax).
