CBOT Mini-Sized Dow Options Open Interest Surpasses 50,000

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) announced today that open interest in the CBOT mini-sized Dow(SM) options contract surpassed 50,000 contracts for the first time and set its tenth consecutive record on Wednesday, September 22. Open interest in mini-sized Dow options, which trade exclusively on the exchange’s premier electronic trading platform, rose to 51,808 contracts, surpassing the previous record of 45,042 contracts set on September 21.
