The Annual General Meeting of Oslo Børs Holding ASA held on Monday 8 May approved the annual report and accounts for 2005. The meeting resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 26 per share. Halvor Stenstadvold was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday May 8, 2006: Coastal Contacts Inc. (TSXVN:COA) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the same ticker symbol. Skye Resources Inc. (TSXVN:SKR) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the same ticker symbol.
