Meeting Of The Board Of Oslo Børs On 24 March 2004

At its meeting on 24 March the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in Catch Communications ASA and Aker Kværner OGEP ASA to listing on Oslo Børs. At the same meeting the Board resolved to remove shares in Linde-Group ASA from listing and to impose a violation charge on Stolt Offshore for a breach of the duty to disclose information to the market.

Euronext.liffe Trades Record Day - 5,298,442 Contracts

Euronext.liffe (the derivatives business of Euronext, comprising the Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon, London and Paris markets) set a new daily record trading 5,298,443 contracts (previous daily record of 5,281,547 was set on 26 June 2002).

Confirmation Of Inclusion Of Belgacom In The BEL20®-index

Following the press release of 2004/03/08 and the end of the "if and when" period, the Belgacom share will enter the index on 2004/03/30 replacing the share Tessenderlo. Consequently, the weights of the other index members will be adjusted and the new divisors will be communicated on 2004/03/29 after close. For information: please find the new weights in the table below.
