New ICEX-15 Selection Criteria
ICEX has decided to change the method it uses for selecting companies into the ICEX-15 Index. On 10 March ICEX will announce the first ICEX-15 based on the new method and that composition will be in effect from April 1 2004 to June 30 2004. Issuer Services Issuer Services' turnover decreased five per cent to £9.4 million from £9.9 million in the corresponding period last year, reflecting continued weakness in the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) market. Korea Stock Exchange: Introduction Of Korea Dividend Stock Price Index (KODI)
The Korea Stock Exchange announced that it would publish Korea Dividend Stock Price Index called KODI from 21 July 2003, which was developed jointly with the Research Institute for Securities and Finance, Seoul National University.

Deutsche Börse Gives Positive Mid-Year Assessment For XTF Segment - ETF Fund Volumes More Than Double - Number Of Transactions Increases By 75 Percent - XTF With 56 Percent Market Share Most Successful Segment For ETFs In Europe
Deutsche Börse's XTF segment for exchange-traded funds continues to grow. As of the end of June, the total fund volume came to 8.9 billion euros - a rise of 112 percent compared with June 2002 (4.2 billion euros). The funds listed in the XTF segment now make up 67 percent of the assets under management in European ETFs.

UK's FSA Publishes Feedback On Options For Regulation Of Stakeholder Products
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today published feedback on its Discussion Paper 19 (DP19) - Options for regulating the sale of "simplified investment products". DP19 outlined three broad options for introducing lighter-touch regulation of face-to-face and telephone selling of simplified investment products.
