The complementary indices will divide the S&P 500, the S&P MidCap 400, and the S&P SmallCap 600 into sub-indices designed to track the growth and value portions of each index.     Non-profit partnership "RTS Stock Exchange" has announced the purchase of the controlling interest (52.18%) in the closed joint-stock company "Depositary and Clearing Company" from the non-profit partnership "DCC". Cash assets equal to 3 million US dollars were transferred to the appropriate account of "DCC" on May 16 th , 2005. The record confirming the transfer of rights was obtained from the Central Moscow Depositary on May 23 rd , 2005.
