$3,025,000 NYSE Seat Sale Marks New Historic Record

A seat sold today on the New York Stock Exchange for $3,025,000, marking a new historic high over the previous record sale of $3,000,000 set on Aug. 3 and matched on Oct. 27 and Nov. 1, 2005. Today’s sale also represents an increase of $25,000 from the last sale of Nov. 1, 2005, when a seat sold for $3,000,000.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, November 11, 2005: Following an amalgamation agreement, TriOil Ltd. (TSXVN:TRY) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange after amalgamating with Yangarra Resources Inc. (TSXVN:AYX). Yangarra Resources Inc. will increase in capitalization and will trade under the new ticker symbol "YAN
