The Copenhagen Stock Exchange assesses that the stipulated right of redemption proposed to be inserted in TDC A/S’s articles of association is not in conflict with Danish stock exchange law. The protection of minority shareholders in the event of compulsory redemption is a question governed by Danish company law which must be solved based on the Danish Companies Act.
