The President of Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD), Mrs. Nongram Wongwanich, announced that the TSD’s Board of Directors approved the offering of a special discount on clearing services to member companies using the TSD’s Back Office Service Bureau (BSB) effective from April 1, 2005, onwards.

SWX Swiss Exchange: Dottikon ES Holding AG Opens At CHF 200

Today, the shares of Dottikon, a Swiss chemicals company focusing on exclusive synthesis, were traded in the main segment of the SWX Swiss Exchange for the first time. Dottikon ES Holding AG is a spin-off of the Ems chemicals group. The newly created shares were offered to existing shareholders with subscription rights. NYSE Member Firms Report Fourth-Quarter And Full-Year 2004 Results

New York Stock Exchange member firms that conduct business with the public reported fourth-quarter 2004 after-tax profits of $3.06 billion and revenues of $47.0 billion, compared to $3.11 billion in after-tax profits on revenues of $36.22 billion in fourth-quarter 2003. In 2004, the firms reported after-tax profits of $8.92 billion on revenues of $160.25 billion, compared with after-tax profits of $10.89 billion on revenues of $144.52 billion in 2003.
