    Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, April 5, 2005: ABN Amro Holding NV (ADR) (Netherlands, NYSE: ABN, CUSIP: 000937102, Sedol: 2003739) shares will increase by 135,000,000 to 1,804,202,217 shares. The share increase follows an equity offering by the company.

    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes effective after the close of business on Monday, April 4, 2005: On March 31, 2005, the shareholders of Masonite International Corp. (TSX:MHM) approved the going-private transaction with KKR.
