Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro, S&P Euro Plus, and S&P Global 100 indices effective after the close of trading Tuesday, April 5, 2005: ABN Amro Holding NV (Netherlands, SEDOL: 5250769, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40101010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro, S&P Euro Plus, and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will increase to 1,804,202,217. The new shares are issued as the result of an equity offering.
