An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for block listings totalling 2,800,000 Ordinary shares of 5 5/6p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Kotak Mahindra (UK) Limited (KMUK), has been licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority to conduct its operations from its branch in Dubai International Financial Centre. It is the first Indian institution to set up at DIFC. This announcement was made by Mr .Shyam Kumar, Director, KMUK in Dubai on December 20.

Eurex 2005 Volume Up 17 Percent - Over 1.25 Billion Contracts Traded In 2005 - Open Interest Rises Above 113 Million Contracts For The First Time

The international derivatives exchange Eurex is reporting another record trading year in 2005. Based on the preliminary figures, which include an estimate for the last six exchange-trading days of the year, a total of 1.25 billion contracts have been traded and cleared in 2005, an increase of 17.5 percent on the 1.07 billion contracts traded in 2004. EEX Derivatives Market: Extension of Trading Hours for Derivatives
